Printing technology that is used to print all over sublimation products

The sublimation technique is done on blank white fabric. We also use it for some accessories and home & living items.

Graphics are printed on sublimation paper with specialty inks. Each product is wrapped with the printed paper and goes in the heat press, where ink turns to gas and gets absorbed in the fabric.

We use a specific mug sublimation technique for mugs. The paper is wrapped around the mug and placed in an oven or conveyor. Then the inks turn to gas and are absorbed into the polymer coating of the mug.

Disclaimer about Sublimation

Sublimation is used with white fabric.  The ink prints on the top of the fabric.  If it is overstretched the white spaces between the fabric grain will become more visible, making dark colors seem lighter.

Contact with rough surfaces and Velcro fasteners should be avoided since they can pull out the white fibers in the fabric, damaging the items appearance.

Placement of pattern varies, designs when printed may not look exactly like example.

Printing technology that is used to print on cotton t-shirts

We use the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. That means we can create photo quality prints, the amount of colors used doesn’t effect pricing, and there aren’t any order minimums. We use the Brother GT 381 printer for all DTG printed garments.

Disclaimer about Direct to Garment

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable!

Durability of DTG printed shirts vs Screen Printed shirts

Our experience shows us that DTG printed shirts are just as durable as screen printed shirts when it comes to washability.
