Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Shipments leave our printing facility 4-7 business days* after your order is placed.  Please allow 5-10 business days* for the delivery of Domestic orders.  Please allow 2-3 weeks, for International orders, including Canada. Please understand that it may take additional time to clear Customs.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package. Please note that sometimes USPS does not scan packages or update their tracking until the end of the day.

If the product you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified. If part of your order is in stock, it will be partially shipped. When the rest of your order is shipped you will NOT be charged any additional shipping fees.

CUSTOM FEES

Shipments going outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.  You are responsible for these fees.

RETURNS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Please note, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges, unless we’ve made a mistake in sending the wrong size than what was ordered.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

UNCLAIMED

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
