After purchase, send us a message with a photo of your pet attached. Please make sure there is a good contrast between the color of the pet and the background for ease of editing.  Any delay in sending a picture will result in your item being placed on hold until photo confirmation.

Please use the charts to find your best fit. Measure a sweatshirt or hoodie that has the fit you want and compare the measurements to our charts. Please don’t assume sizes because sizing can be very different between different brands.

Because these items are personalized and a custom order, we do not accept returns or size exchanges as they are individually handmade to order.
